Ise Lyfe is Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Lyfe Productives, LLC. Additionally, Ise is a renowned artist and justice advocate- presenting and working as a resident instructor at universities across the US and abroad, including Stanford and the University of California. His famed artistic contributions, recordings, writings, and large scale exhibitions are widely viewed and used as educational tools, galvanizing both discourse and action towards creating safe and thriving environments for personal and communal growth.

Dr. Niaz Kasravi is a national expert and advocate on criminal justice, social justice, and racial justice. Beyond her work as Exec Manager here at LP, she is Founder and Director of the Avalan Institute for Applied Research Solutions, a research, advocacy, and training institute.

Dr. Kasravi is the former Director of the Criminal Justice Program for the NAACP - where she led several successful initiatives including campaigns to: abolish the death penalty in Maryland; enact stronger anti-racial profiling legislation in New York City.

Dr. Kasravi holds a Ph.D. in Criminology, Law and Society from the University of California, Irvine (UCI).

Kirn Kim is a versed and dynamic project developer with a specialization in both computer science and accounting.

As our lead project developer, he sets the launch and ending of some of our key projects.

Highly proficient in grants management, budgeting, bookkeeping, computer systems design and implementation.

Jess joined the Lyfe Productives team after serving as Business Development Manager to a Grammy award-winning musician and successfully launching their cannabis lifestyle company, VAYA, a brand geared towards destigmatizing cannabis and inclusive visuals highlighting the disparities in the industry.

Developing strategies and partnerships to amplify stories and causes that matter is her specialty. Her previous work with Ladies Get Paid (an organization addressing the gender pay gap) lends itself to her ability to identify opportunities for brands, causes, and individuals to generate visibility and new business.

Jess is “politely persistent” in her efforts to develop partnerships and new projects and has a successful track record of doing just that.

Berklee Donavan leads our new venture and innovation work, leveraging her background in both Social Work and Social Change Innovation to develop awesome products, programs, and campaigns.

Berklee was the lead research assistant at the Avalan Institute supporting projects focused on racial, criminal, and transportation justice. Most notably, she researched a comprehensive historical timeline of the juvenile justice system which was featured in Ise Lyfe’s large-scale photography exhibit smallasaGIANT.

Berklee received her Master’s in Social Work from USC, with a concentration in Social Change and Innovation, and brings a unique approach that marries systems-focused thinking and clinical experience to address structural change.

Brandy Palmer is described by her colleagues endearingly as a super hybrid professional due to her rare ability to work as an executive in operations as well as being a writer and producer. As our GOM, she oversees billing, HR, and client services admin with a nuanced understanding of the clients and partners we work with in arts and entertainment. Her past work includes stewardship of varying projects at FoxxKing Entertainment, SiriusXM, and NBC Universal, and she is also a dynamic writer + member of the Writers Guild of America. She holds a BA in Mass Media Arts with a focus in Radio, TV, and Film from Clark Atlanta University.

Cesar Hernandez is a transportation expert, with a specialized focus on equity and cyclist advocacy. He has a Bachelor’s of Science in Urban and Regional Planning from the California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. Here at LP, his work drives our new venture and innovation space as well as our transportation centric programs and clients.

As the Deputy Executive Director of Advocacy at the Los Angeles County Bicycle Coalition, Cesar helped develop, plan, promote, implement, and evaluate a wide range of education-, policy-, and organizing-related events and programs. He managed the ongoing campaigns as well as advocacy centered around active transportation.
